Bongofey is a marketplace. Most eBooks, guides, templates and other products are created and uploaded by independent sellers, who are responsible for their accuracy, quality and legality. Bongofey does not write or check every product in detail, and product descriptions, reviews and opinions belong to their authors, not to Bongofey.

A badge means the seller has a paid, active account in good standing — it is not an endorsement or guarantee by Bongofey of every product that seller offers. Always read the product description before buying.

5. Advertising, affiliate and external links

• Bongofey shows product ads on partner websites and inside the marketplace. Premium sellers' products may be shown more often.
• Some links are affiliate or tracking links. If you buy after clicking one, an affiliate or seller may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
• Products and pages may link to external websites that Bongofey does not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

6. Copyright and complaints

Sellers confirm they own or have the right to sell their content. If you believe a product copies your work or breaks the law, tell us through Contact Us with the product link and details, and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

7. Availability of the service

We work to keep Bongofey available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". Payments, SMS and downloads can occasionally be delayed by mobile networks, payment providers or maintenance. If you paid and did not receive your product, see our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by the laws of Tanzania, Bongofey is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, content bought or viewed on the platform. See our Terms of Service for full details.
