By accessing or using Bongofey, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in the United Republic of Tanzania.
You are responsible for account security, password confidentiality, and activities performed through your account. Provide accurate profile information at all times.
Creators must publish lawful, original, and non-infringing content. You retain ownership of your content while granting Bongofey a platform license to display and distribute it.
Author content is published immediately. Superadmin monitors live content and may remove violating listings, suspend accounts, or apply other enforcement actions when needed.
Payments are processed by configured gateways. Buyers receive licensed access to purchased content. Refund decisions and dispute handling follow platform policy and applicable law.
Creator earnings are available based on confirmed transactions. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by superadmin and may be approved or rejected with status notifications.
Fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, malware uploads, payment manipulation, or misuse of affiliate systems may result in immediate account restriction or termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bongofey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved under competent Tanzanian jurisdiction.
